The Bauchi state governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammad today sign new bills into states law which are beneficial to the people of the state.
In a recent press statement by the governor, he officially and publicly announced on his Facebook page this evening which was well received by the people of the state.
Below is the excerpt of the bill signed.
I signed five other bills (two Member bills and four Executive bills)—making a total of six in one day.
The bills signed are;
1. The Bauchi State 2020 Revised Budget, renaming of the College of Health Technology Ningi to Bill and Melinda Gates College of Health Technology Ningi.
2. The renaming of College of Nursing and Midwifery to Aliko Dangote College of Nursing and Midwifery.
3. The Violence Against Persons Prohibition (VAPP) Bill into law.
4. The Bauchi State Public Procurement Act 20205.
5. The renaming of the AD Rufai College of Legal studies to AD Rufai college of Education and legal studies.
